Citicorp North America reports 9.4% passive stake in Lexington Realty

Philadelphia, Oct. 28 - Citicorp North America reported a 9.4% investment in Lexington Realty Trust as of Oct. 15, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The passive stake represents 7,809,781 shares and assumes conversion or exercise of certain securities held.

Lexington is a New York-based real estate investment trust.
