Lexington Precision statement disclosure statement hearing delayed

By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 26 - Lexington Precision Corp.'s hearing to approve the disclosure statements has been adjourned to April 8 from March 1, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

A status conference hearing regarding the resolution of the Chapter 11 cases will be held on March 4, the filing said.

The hearing to approve the disclosure statement was postponed indefinitely in October 2009, according to a prior court filing.

Lexington Precision, a New York-based manufacturer of rubber and metal components for the automobile and medical devices industries, filed for bankruptcy on April 2, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-11153.
