Levitz Home Furnishings posts $4.53 million November EBITDA

Pittsburgh, Jan. 4 - Levitz Home Furnishings, Inc. reported $4.53 million in EBITDA for November on $41.91 million in sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The net loss for the month was $9 million.

The company reported $6.04 million in cash and cash equivalents as of Nov. 30.

Levitz, a Woodbury, N.Y., furniture retailer, filed for bankruptcy Oct. 11. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-45189.
