Clinton reports 12.7% ownership of Lenox

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 15 - Lenox Group investors led by Clinton Group, Inc. bought 117,324 shares of the company's stock, including 90,824 shares on Aug. 13 priced at $4.59 each and 26,500 shares on Aug. 14 at $4.58 apiece.

The reporting persons own 1,783,213 shares, or 12.7%, of Lenox, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In March, Clinton reported the purchase of 41,300 shares of the company's stock priced between $5.01 and $5.05 per share from March 9 through March 14. At that time, the investor owned 1,537,333 shares, or 10.9%, of the Eden Prairie, Minn., gifts and collectibles distributor's outstanding shares.
