By Rebecca Melvin

New York March 14 – China’s Lenovo Group Ltd. plans to sell U.S. dollar-denominated notes due 2023 and 2028 under Regulation S, according to a company news release on Wednesday.

Proceeds will be used to repurchase its outstanding 2019 and 2022 notes, which are being tendered concurrently with the new notes, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The company will make an application to list the new notes on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup and DBS Bank Ltd. are the dealer managers for the notes.

Lenovo is a Beijing-based technology company.
