China’s Lenovo establishes $3 billion medium-term note program

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 30 – Lenovo Group Ltd. established a $3 billion medium-term note program on Wednesday, according to a company news release.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. is the arranger. BNP Paribas, Citigroup and DBS Bank Ltd. are the dealers.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Lenovo is a Beijing-based technology company.
