China's Lenovo mandates bookrunners for renminbi-denominated notes

Tacoma, Wash., May 28 – Lenovo Group Ltd. plans to issue Chinese renminbi-denominated notes, according to a company announcement.

The size and pricing of the proposed issue will be determined following a book-building process to be conducted by ABCI Capital Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. as the joint global coordinators and Agricultural Bank of China, Hong Kong Branch, Citigroup, DBS Bank Ltd., Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., Barclays Bank plc, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd. as the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes including working capital.

Lenovo is a Beijing-based multinational technology company.
