China’s Lenovo plans offering of dollar-denominated notes

Chicago, Oct. 22 – China’s Lenovo Group Ltd. announced plans for a new issue of dollar-denominated notes (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-).

Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC are the joint global coordinators.

DBS Bank Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, Mizuho Securities, MUFG and Societe Generale CIB are listed as joint bookrunners.

Proceeds from the Rule 144A and Regulation S issue will be used to purchase preferred shares, 2022 notes and 2023 notes that are part of a concurrent tender offer, also announced on Thursday.

Lenovo is a Beijing-based technology company.
