Lennox International plans to price fixed-rate notes in two parts

Knoxville, Tenn., July 22 – Lennox International Inc. plans to price dollar-denominated fixed-rate notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Both notes have a make-whole call and then a par call.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC, BofA Securities Inc. and MUFG are the bookrunners for the offering.

The Richardson, Tex., climate-control products company will use the proceeds to repay debt under its domestic credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
