S&P gives ProMedica Healthcare, Ohio, bonds AAA/A-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its AAA/A-1+ ratings and its AA- underlying ratings to ProMedica Healthcare Obligated Group, Ohio's series 2008A, 2008B and 2008C bonds.

Affected ratings include ProMedica's $62.5 million of hospital variable-rate demand bonds series 2008A due Nov. 15, 2034, $52.855 million of hospital variable-rate demand bonds series 2008B due Nov. 15, 2040 and $16.645 million of hospital variable-rate demand bonds series 2008C due Nov. 15, 2035, the agency said.

S&P added that other affected ratings include Lenawee County Hospital Finance Authority, Mich.'s hospital variable-rate demand bonds series 2008C due Nov. 15, 2035 received a long-term rating of AAA/A-1+.
