Leisureworld plans roadshow for C$317 million seven-year debentures

Tupelo, Miss., Jan. 13 - Leisureworld Senior Care LP is set to hold a two-day roadshow later in January for a C$317 million private placement offering of seven-year debentures, according to an informed source.

The roadshow for the series B senior secured debentures (DBRS: A) will open in Toronto on Jan. 21 and will wrap in Montreal on Jan. 22. The issue is expected to price following the roadshow.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for the early redemption of the company's existing 4.814% series A senior secured debentures.

Leisureworld Senior Care is a subsidiary of retirement home and long-term care facility operator Leisureworld Senior Care Corp., which is based in Markham, Ont,. and Vaughan, Ont.
