Lehman Trikes cancels C$4.05 million private placement of shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 18 - Lehman Trikes, Inc. said it will not proceed with a C$4.05 million private placement of stock. The deal priced July 24.

Based in Westlock, Alta., the company develops turnkey trikes, conversion kits and accessories.
