By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Oct. 20 - Lehman Commercial Paper Inc.'s stipulation that is going to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court regarding open loan trades will also include open loan trades transacted by Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., according to a news release.

Under the stipulation, Lehman will notify all parties to open trades by Nov. 7 whether it will assume, assume and assign, or reject open trades

The stipulation is currently being crafted, but it will not necessarily be filed early this week, as was previously announced, the release added.

Prior to Nov. 7, Lehman may continue to close some open trades in the ordinary course of business.
