New Issue: Lehman issues $34.39 million warrants linked to the yen

New York, Dec. 21 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $34,389,500 issue of warrants due June 20, 2008 linked to the Japanese yen, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The 5.45 million warrants were priced at $6.31 each.

The warrants are exercisable at any time. Upon exercise of each warrant, investors will receive the notional amount of the warrant, $90.00, multiplied by the percentage change in the dollar/yen spot exchange rate.

Any warrants that remain outstanding on the expiration date will be automatically exercised on that date.

Lehman Brothers Inc. and Oppenheimer & Co. are the underwriters.
