Lehman plans 5.53% Yeelds linked to Starbucks stock

New York, Nov. 21 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is planning to price an issue of 5.53% Yield Enhanced Equity-Linked Debt Securities (Yeelds) due Nov. 29, 2007 performance linked to Starbucks Corp. stock, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout will be based on the performance of the company's stock on the valuation date, Nov. 21, 2007. Investors will receive the final value of Starbucks stock, capped at 116% of par, payable in cash or shares at Lehman's option.

Interest will be payable quarterly.

The securities are expected to settle on Nov. 28.

Lehman Brothers, the underwriter, will have an over-allotment option.
