By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, April 21 - A hearing on approval of all disclosure statements filed in Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s bankruptcy case will be held on June 28, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The order applies to the disclosure statements filed by the company and an informal group of its creditors, as well as any other plans and disclosure statements filed at least 28 days before the May 27 objection deadline for Lehman's statement.

New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings was the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13555.
