Lehman eyes Nov. 17 confirmation hearing; disclosure hearing June 28

Pittsburgh, March 17 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York to schedule its plan of reorganization confirmation hearing for Nov. 17, 2011, according to a Wednesday court filing.

The hearing on approval of Lehman's disclosure statement is scheduled for June 28.

The proposed plan voting deadline would be Oct. 14, 2011.

As previously reported, the company filed an amended plan on Jan. 25.

New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. was the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13555.
