Lehman Brothers Holdings: Claims bought in several transactions

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 6 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch bought Versicherung AG's $14.24 million claim against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

According to separate filings with the court

• Perry Principals, LLC bought 16.53% of Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch's claim totaling $1 million;

• Strategic Value Master Fund, Ltd. bought Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch's $1.52 million claim;

• Strategic Value Special Situations Master Fund II bought Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch's $2.31 million claim;

• Strategic Value Master Fund, Ltd. bought Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch's $6.57 million claim;

• Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC bought two separate Danske Bank A/S, London Branch $500 million claims;

• COF SPV 11/11 Ltd. bought two separate Goldman Sachs Credit Opportunities 2008 Master Fund $6.91 million claims; and

• COF Asset Trust 11/11 bought two separate Goldman Sachs Credit Opportunities 2008 Master Fund $1.44 million claims against Lehman Brothers.

New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings was the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13555.
