Lehman sale order modification and enforcement hearings postponed

Pittsburgh, March 24 - The hearing on modifying Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s September 2008 asset sale approval order has been adjourned to April 9, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Barclays Capital Inc.'s motion to enforce the sale order has also been adjourned to April 9.

New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. was the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13555.
