C.V.I.G.V.F. buys $194.59 million in claims against Lehman Brothers

Pittsburgh, May 8 - C.V.I.G.V.F. (Lux) Master Sarl bought a total of $194.59 million of Bosque Power Co., LLC's claims against Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. and Lehman Brothers Commodity Services, Inc., according to Friday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Specifically, C.V.I.G.V.F. bought a $48.66 million claim and a $48.6 million claim against Lehman Brothers Holdings and a $48.73 million claim and a $48.6 million claim against Lehman Brothers Commodity Services.
New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings was the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13555.
