Chicago, Aug. 5 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced $1.84 million of 100% principal protection notes due Aug. 6, 2011 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index. Investors will receive at least par.
Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
