New Issue: Lehman prices $288,000 enhanced participation notes linked to four commodities

Philadelphia, June 26 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $288,000 issue of zero-coupon principal-protected enhanced participation notes due July 2, 2012 linked to a commodities basket, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of equal weights of natural gas, heating oil, copper and nickel.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 190% of any basket gain. Investors will receive at least par.
Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
