New Issue: Lehman prices $1.5 million principal-protected capped participation notes linked to crude oil

Philadelphia, May 23 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $1.5 million offering of principal-protected capped participation notes due May 30, 2013 linked to light sweet crude oil, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the any gain on the price of crude oil, capped at 225%. Investors will receive at least par.
Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
