New Issue: Lehman Brothers prices $2 billion 7.5% 30-year notes at Treasuries plus 305 bps

Omaha, May 2 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced $2 billion of 7.5% 30-year subordinated notes on Friday to yield Treasuries plus 305 basis points, an informed source said.

The non-callable notes (A2/A/A+) priced at 99.279 to yield 7.561%.

Lehman Brothers Inc. was the bookrunner.

The investment bank is based in New York City.
