New Issue: Lehman Brothers prices $2.5 billion 6.875% 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 320 bps

Omaha, April 17 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced $2.5 billion 6.875% 10-year senior unsecured notes on Thursday to yield Treasuries plus 320 basis points, an informed source said.

The non-callable notes (A1/A+/AA-) priced at 99.669 to yield 6.921%.

Lehman Brothers Inc. was the bookrunner.

The investment bank is based in New York City.
