Lehman to price principal-protected return-enhanced notes linked to agricultural commodities

Des Moines, March 19 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. plans to price an issue of five-year, zero-coupon 100% principal-protected return-enhanced notes linked to a basket of five agricultural commodities, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes soybeans with a 25% weight, number 2 wheat with a 25% weight, no. 11 world sugar with a 20% weight, number 2 yellow corn with a 15% weight and class III milk with a 15% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of any gain on the basket. Investors will receive at least par.
