Lehman to file stipulation with court regarding open trades

New York, Oct. 17 - Lehman Commercial Paper Inc. has agreed to file a stipulation with the Bankruptcy Court, under which it will notify all parties to open trades by Nov. 7 whether it will assume, assume and assign, or reject open trades, according to a news release.

The stipulation will be filed on Monday.

Prior to Nov. 7, Lehman may continue to close some open trades in the ordinary course of business.
