New Issue: Lehman sells $192,000 enhanced participation notes linked to nine commodities

Chicago, Sept. 28 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $192,000 issue of principal-protected enhanced participation notes due Oct. 4, 2010 linked to a basket of nine commodities, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of crude oil, weighted at 20%, and heating oil, copper, nickel, zinc, gold, platinum, corn and wheat, each weighted at 10%.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 115% of any basket gain. Investors will receive par.

The notes priced on Sept. 26 and will settle on Oct. 2.

Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
