New Issue: Lehman prices $190,000 protected enhanced participation notes linked to Asian currencies

New York, Sept. 28 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $190,000 issue of principal protection notes with enhanced participation due April 2, 2009 linked to a basket of Asian currencies, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes equal weights of the Indonesian rupiah, the Indian rupee, the Malaysian ringgit and the Singapore dollar, all relative to the U.S. dollar.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus 220% of any increase in the basket. Investors will receive at least par.
Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
