Lehman to price 0% return enhanced notes linked to Nikkei 225

Philadelphia, Sept. 7 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due September 2009 linked to the Nikkei 225 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to price and settle in September.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain multiplied by a participation rate that will be determined at pricing and expected to be 160% to 170%. Investors are fully exposed to any decline in the index.

Lehman Brothers Inc. will be the underwriter.
