New Issue: Lehman prices $8.24 million principal-protected notes linked to international indexes

Des Moines, Aug. 30 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced an $8.24 million issue of principal protection notes due Aug. 31, 2011 linked to an international index basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of a 35% weight of the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 index, a 25% FTSE 100 index, a 25% weight of the Nikkei 225 index, a 5% weight of the Swiss Market index, a 5% weight of the S&P/ASX 200 index and a 5% weight of the MSCI Emerging Markets index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 102% of any gain on the basket. Investors will receive at least par.
Lehman Brothers Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the underwriters.
