Des Moines, Aug. 29 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $3 million issue of principal protection notes with enhanced participation due March 5, 2009 linked to a basket of Asian currencies, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes equal weights of the Indonesian rupiah, the Indian rupee, the Malaysian ringgit and the Singapore dollar, all relative to the U.S. dollar.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus 240% of any increase on the basket. Investors will receive at least par.
Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
