New Issue: Lehman prices $692,000 principal-protected enhanced participation commodity-linked notes

Des Moines, July 9 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $692,000 issue of principal protection enhanced participation notes due July 30, 2010 linked to a basket of nine commodities, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes a 20% weight of light sweet crude oil and 10% weights of number 2 heating oil, copper - grade A, primary nickel, special high grade zinc, gold, platinum, number 2 yellow corn and number 2 wheat.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus 125% of any basket return. Investors will receive par.
