Lehman to price principal protection notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50, Nikkei 225

New York, July 9 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. plans to price 100% principal protection notes due Oct. 31, 2012 linked to the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 and Nikkei 225 indexes, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket will be equally weighted.

The notes will pay a coupon of at least 2%, payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain. Investors will receive at least par.

The notes are expected to price on July 26 and settle on July 31.

Lehman Brothers Inc. will be the underwriter.
