Lehman Brothers to price 0% notes linked to LBCI Agriculture index

New York, July 6 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% three-year notes linked to the LBCI Agriculture Index Total Return, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will price at par of $10,000.

At maturity, the payout will be par times the index performance minus an adjustment percentage of 0.75%. Investors will share in any losses.

Lehman Brothers Inc. will be the agent.
