By Jennifer Chiou

New York, June 22 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $1.225 million offering of 17.1% reverse exchangeable notes due June 30, 2008 linked to the least-performing stock in a basket of common stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes Pfizer Inc., Citigroup Inc., Verizon Communications Inc., Altria Group, Inc., AT&T Inc., General Motors Corp., Merck & Co., Inc., General Electric Co., E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
