Lehman to price principal-protected notes linked to three indexes

Philadelphia, June 20 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. plans to price an offering of three-year principal-protected notes linked to a basket of three indexes, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket will include the S&P BRIC 40 index with a 15% weight, Nikkei 225 with a 35% weight and Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 with a 50% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain multiplied by the participation rate, which is expected to be 104% and will be determined at pricing. Investors will receive at least par.

The notes are expected to price and settle in June.

Lehman Brothers Inc. will be the underwriter.
