New Issue: Lehman prices add-on to $13 million issue of notes linked to Asian currencies

Des Moines, June 12 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $90 add-on to its issue of zero-coupon principal-protected notes due May 29, 2009 linked to a basket of Asian currencies, bringing the total deal size to $12,997,690.

The add-on was announced in a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The initial $12,997,600 of the offering priced on May 24.

The equally weighted basket includes the exchange rates relative to the U.S. dollar of the Chinese renminbi, the Indonesian rupiah, the Indian rupee and the Philippine peso.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus a 240% of any basket gain. Investors will receive at least par.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Lehman Brothers Inc. are the underwriters.
