Lehman to price principal-protected notes linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Des Moines, May 24 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. plans to price an issue of 0% principal-protected notes due on or about June 15, 2009 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to price on June 8 and settle on June 15.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any positive return on the index fund, capped at a maximum return that will be between 20% and 22%. The exact cap will be determined at pricing.

Lehman Brothers will be the agent.
