New Issue: Lehman prices $250,000 notes linked to metals basket

Philadelphia, Feb. 27 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $250,000 offering of 0% principal-protected notes due March 1, 2009 linked to equal weights of grade A copper, primary nickel and special high-grade zinc, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any positive return on the basket multiplied by 75%, the participation rate. Investors will receive at least par.
Lehman Brothers Inc. is underwriter.
