New Issue: Lehman prices $1.37 million Range Notes linked to six-month Libor

New York, Feb. 8 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $1.37 million issue of Range Notes due Feb. 22, 2022 linked to six-month Libor, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will bear interest at 7.7% for each day during the interest period that six-month Libor is equal to or greater than 0% and equal to or less than 7%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes will be callable on each interest payment date beginning Feb. 22, 2008.
