New Issue: Lehman prices $610,000 buffered return enhanced notes linked to financial stock basket

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 12 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced $610,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Dec. 14, 2009 linked to a basket of financial companies, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes the common stocks of Citigroup Inc., the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., Morgan Stanley, Wachovia Corp. and Washington Mutual, Inc., equally weighted.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 106.2% of any basket gain, capped at a maximum return of 70%. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by 25% or less and will lose 1% for each 1% that the basket falls beyond 25%.

Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
