New Issue: Lehman prices $20.93 million FX notes linked to Asian currency basket

Philadelphia, Nov. 9 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $20,933,000 issue of 100% principal-protected foreign exchange notes due Nov. 16, 2009 linked to a basket of five currencies, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The equally weighted basket consists of the spot exchange rates against the dollar of the Chinese renminbi, Indonesiah rupiah, Indian rupee, Singapore dollar and the Malaysian ringgit.

If the basket performance is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 215% of the appreciation on the basket. If the basket value is zero or less, investors will receive par.

Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
