New Issue: Lehman prices $347,000 enhanced participation notes linked to Asian currencies

Des Moines, Oct. 30 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $347,000 issue of zero-coupon principal protected notes with enhanced participation due May 1, 2009 linked to a basket of Asian currencies, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of equal weights of the Indonesian rupiah, the Indian rupee, the Malaysian ringgit and the Singaporean dollar, all relative to the dollar.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus 200% of any increase on the basket. Investors will receive at least par.
Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
