New Issue: Lehman prices $750,000 principal-protected notes linked to gold, aluminum, copper

Philadelphia, Oct. 25 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $750,000 issue of principal-protected notes due Nov. 1, 2010 linked to a basket of three commodities, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of equal weights of gold, high grade primary aluminum and grade A copper.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of any gain on the basket. Investors will receive at least par.

Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
