Philadelphia, Jan. 19 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. increased to $15 million its issue of 30-year notes due Feb. 13, 2037 non-callable for 18 months, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The deal was originally sized at $10 million.
Interest will be payable semi-annually. The coupon amount will be 6.5%.
The notes are callable at par on each interest payment date beginning Aug. 13, 2008.
