New Issue: Lehman prices $10 million 30-year NC 18-month notes

Philadelphia, Jan. 17 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced a $10 million issue of 30-year notes due Feb. 13, 2037 non-callable for 18 months, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable semi-annually. The coupon amount will be 6.5%.
The notes are callable at par on each interest payment date beginning Aug. 13, 2008.
