Legrand to roadshow $400 million, €200 million 10-year notes through Feb. 5

St. Louis, Jan. 22 - Legrand SA will roadshow an offering of $400 million and €200 million of 10-year notes in the U.S. from Thursday through Jan. 30 and in Europe from Jan. 31 through Feb. 5, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse First Boston and Lehman Brothers are joint bookrunners.

The notes are non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to partially fund the LBO of Legrand by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP and Wendel Investissement from Schneider Electric SA.

The issuer is a Limoges, France-based electrical distribution and industrial control and automation services provider.
