By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Mo., Sept. 11 - Legrand SA's note offering will be €600 million equivalent of 10-year notes non-callable for five years in euro and dollar tranches, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected in late September or early October, the sources added.

Credit Suisse First Boston, Lehman Brothers and RBS are underwriters.

The proceeds will be used to fund the leveraged buyout of the company by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP and Wendel Investissement.

Legrand, a Limoges, France supplier of electrical distribution and industrial control and automation services, is currently owned by Schneider Electric SA.
