Legg Mason Western Asset Ultra-Short Duration ETF registers with SEC

San Diego, Nov. 23 - Legg Mason ETF Trust has completed the registration for its Legg Mason Western Asset Ultra-Short Duration ETF, according to an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund seeks current income by investing, under normal circumstances, primarily in dollar-denominated, short-term, investment-grade fixed-income securities.

Fees have not yet been set for the fund.

The fund's investment manager is Baltimore-based Legg Mason Partners Fund Advisor, LLC.
